Payment
☁︎ All Payment will be upfront. I prefer to take payment Via PayPal Invoice or Ko-fi. I do tho take Cashapp and Venmo.Refund Policy
☁︎ Once I have finished the sketch I no longer do refunds as I’ve already started working. If there is a situation that ended up happening ((Ex. Medical emergencies, School/work schedule, or something affecting my irl work ethic.)) I will issue refunds.Clauses☁︎ When you commission me I’ll be allowed to choose to post the commission on my platforms or use as Examples. If you wish for me to not post it or wait to post it please contact me privately. (Ex. Like if it’s a gift for somebody). I’m a pretty understanding person.☁︎ Credit me for my work. Please.☁︎ I have the right to refuse a commission (If it makes me uncomfortable or if you are being Rude and Disrespectful I will refuse). I also do not have to state why I refuse to accept the commission.☁︎ MY ART WILL NOT BE USES FOR AI TRAINING, NFT, CRYPTO OR ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER!!!!! (If I find out it is being used for that nature you will be Blacklisted for the forseeable future)
Adopt TOS
Payment
☁︎ For Smaller Adopts I take payment upfront but for some of my adopts over 40$ I do payment plans (these can range). Failure to pay will result in either you being Blacklisted. (Genuinely I would prefer you telling me you can no longer afford/not interested in the adopt anymore but Ghosting me will result in blacklisting)☁︎ Adopts will be on a cooldown of 2 weeks. You may only sell it for it’s original price unless it comes with extra art.☁︎ You are allowed to make edits to the adopt you have purchased.
Commercial use
If you wish to use my art for Commercial use you must contact me. We shall discuss compensation. I may ask for atleast 25-30% compensation. If I find out my art is being used for commercial purposes and I have not been addressed you will be blacklisted. (I want my work to be compensated)
